Figures & Portraits: people at the centre
In Figures & Portraits people take centre stage. In SEDUCTION (2024) a woman in a deep blue dress leans over the back of a chair towards the man sitting in it, against a wall of warm gold stripes. DANCE DARLING (2017) shows a couple in a dance embrace, in blue against copper tones.
The portraits range from BOY DREAMING (2022), a boy resting his head on his hand with the sea behind him, to BACK TO YOUTH, a woman seen from behind in soft greys, and JUST BEAUTIFUL, made in clay, acrylic and oil. BOY DREAMING and BACK TO YOUTH have been sold.
